What Protoflow is

Protoflow is sold as a botanical prostate-support formula. The manufacturer says it supports normal functions of the bladder, prostate and reproductive system. That is the product's marketing position, not a finding that we independently verified in clinical trials of the finished formula.

Evidence checkpoint. Protoflow's manufacturer markets the product for prostate, bladder and reproductive-system support. That positioning is a manufacturer claim. Independent NCCIH guidance says saw palmetto used alone provides little or no benefit for BPH symptoms. How to interpret “how it works” claims

Separate mechanism stories from outcome evidence. A plausible story about an ingredient does not show that the finished product changes urinary symptoms, prostate size or disease outcomes.
