Important limitations

We did not find a basis to treat merchant testimonials as independent evidence. The formula includes saw palmetto, for which current NCCIH guidance is not supportive of meaningful benefit for BPH symptoms when used alone. Multi-ingredient products also make it difficult to infer effects from research on any one component.
